Amazing budget hotel in city centre great and affordable place to hold a conference here. Although parking us a bit challenging, but there is some empty lot at the back of the hotel for additional parking.

Cleanliness is also top notch, got nothing to complain about so far.

Small as like most IBIS hotel. Clean and good enough for short stay. Room not really soundproof. Street food center at the back of the hotel. Convenient ministore at the left front if the hotel also.

Nice budget hotel for backpaker or traveler who want to get good service. Full of WiFi, any smoking room, good food in Taste Restaurant, Bar and also other services.

Friendly receptionist, good channel on TV. But I feel uncomfortable with the bathroom because too small for my husband who has a big body 😂😂

Overall is good. Any BBQ Dinner in Thursday and Friday night in its restaurant.

All in all a nice hotel in the center of the city. Facilities are great, the restaurant serves tasty delicacies, parking lot is quite spacious. A good place for events and seminars too. Don't forget to visit here if you happen to travel to city center.

Is a clean n good service hotel。But arrangements to Blomo is quite expensive cost us 3 million rupiahs plus The city should be clean up，Anyway we feel happy give it up

True city central. Just next to Bank Jatim Head Quarter. Holds ibis service quality standard. Nice clean room. Helpfull staff.

just need to improve the taste on rice menus. Too plain for locals i think, several guests keep adding salt and pepper on their dish.

The rests are excellent. I would recommend this hotel for bussiness travel

Usually the hotel will have business meeting but it's okay. Never too crowded and still a quite place to sleep but it is sometime full booked. When you having a breakfast in the morning, the food is okay, the restaurant have a good service and sometimes lot of business travellers. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Surabaya City. So you can walk 5 minutes to Tunjungan Plaza, the largest mall here, and by taxi you can reach many good places shortly. The best part for me is, you can find a big Gramedia bookstore right in front of the hotel!
