Bit old but overall very nice 4 stars hotel.

Pros:
- Big rooms for junior suite.
- friendly crews
- The room rate is cheap, compared with other 4 star hotels
- Breakfast menu

Cons:
- room quite dirty
- slow wifi connection

Good facilities and very friendly staff. Cafe with live music is a good thing but the music sounds too loud. Perhaps it disturb another guest who need a well rest

It has a good room, with complete bathroom stuff. Not such a nice view, but it's enough to business or just stay a night near the city centre. Poorly, in my room, there's no way to lock it, I thought it was broken or something. And the AC sometimes didn't work well. But overall, I like it. Nice job!

Some room in 5 floor is so old 516-526, air conditioning not cold. I think that room need renovate. No one will enjoy the room. Need improve. And the pool should be open from 6. 7 is too bright.

They give me room 522. Its a very Awful room. The room is smelly of cigarette smoke. No lock at the door. The eletrical socket only 1 socket that work. The rest is damage. Dirty bathroom. Dirty bed sheets. Weird extra space behind the bathroom. Kinda creepy ambience. Bad design of the room. ONCe you open the door you'll face your bed. Not cover by the space for toilet or cupboard.
I left the hotel once they cannot give me other room for option. Please check your room before you pay & check in. Very disapointed for a 4 star hotel. Its deceiving you if you only see the pic from their website.. i write this review based on my personal experienced. I checked in there at Nov 15th, 2017.
And very very very disappointed. The rest of the employee doesn't seem to care to improve their service.
Oh well.. I guess it wasn't my lucky day

Did not enjoy my stay on the 5th floor as the room was outdated, dull, dark ambience. I managed to move to a room on the 6th floor on my last day of stay, which was much more better. Breakfast was OK, but I was not happy with the operation hours for the swimming pool (from 7 am).

Despite claimed as a 4 star hotel, the food is pretty boring and not that satisfying. The hotel is also quite old and under renovation during my stay so, unluckily I experience the still-old-room when the corridor to my room is under renovation and reeks of paint.

Pros: Nice staff, clean room.
Cons: Pretty old, not-that-satisfying food
