The best place for vacation, many facilities like indoor swiming pool, gymnastics, ballroom, cafe with 24h service, good staffs, connected to hypermarket. Location by side of the main road of Trans Sumatra.

15 minutes from centre of town, it's okay if you just want to rest, lucky there's online taxi
Overall the service was average
Staff is very polite
Deluxe room is spacious, cleanliness average, often there's no laundry bag in the room
Hot shower was interesting, sometimes very hot sometimes warm make your bath activities complicated 😂
Breakfast has complete menu with average taste
There's no special treatment for long stay guest when other hotel give souvenir or sometimes free dinner
It would be great if there's a gift centre in the hotel

Located on main road and near city . Staff very helpful. Room are old and not maintained well. Bed cover has some holes but pillow were comfortable. Water pressure very low, shower didn’t work well, water sometimes warm and suddenly cold, make your bath time very interesting 😖. You have to connect wi-fi many times. I don’t want to stay at this hotel anymore.

The room is very nice and convinience, I was staying in this hotel last week, the staff they are very friendly. But the pool was not clean so I decided to not swim at that time, after all it's a good place to stay in Pematang Siantar.

Remembering the surroundings this hotel is clean. There breakfast buffet is ok. Personnel is friendly and attentive. Feel free to approach housekeeping, they help quickly. Walk-in prices seem to be very high. Much better prices are available online. The wifi is very slow and is using a captive portal.

Went to this hotel since I have business trip in the city and this is the first Hotel I found as I entered the city. Service is great and the room is quite comfortable. Breakfast was just ok, but it was improving during my second visit here. Shopping for food and my daily needs can be very convenient since the hotel has connecting door to Hypermart. Overall, I recommend it to fellow business people.
