Wasted time and money payed IDR 9.400.000 2x survei. 12days leave the car there, after 10days waiting for sparepats (total 22days to renew the car’s body) and still dispointed with their service

I back to complain the gap not fixed yet (2nd pict) and they’re suggest me adding 4,8mill + 5days to fix the gap.

*they’re even put not related sparepat (base n crome Grill) on my 3rd visit 💆🏼‍♀️

This is a open letter to honda and a warning to others. This car dealership sucks. .be very weary of the car salesman.. especially if you are a woman.. they will con you and say anything to get your money.. once have your money they will not keep there promises of delivery date or colour of car. Don't hand any money over to them until car is in front of you and you can inspect it fully. Otherwise you will have great difficulty getting your money back with many different excuses.
