  Pelayanan dibawah standart banget! Tidak bisa terima kritik dan saran! Ditegur malah kayak nyalahin pelanggan ditambah lagi malah bagian kasir ikutan masukin barang yang kita beli dibanting2! Kita bayar pakai uang juga gak ngemis! Gak ada 3S nya sama sekali! Tolong ditraining lagi pegawainya! Juga kalo pasang promo harga, ya yang ditaruh dibawah papan promo barang yang dikasih promo jangan barang yang gak kena promo! Emang bener bener pelayanan kurang ramah sama sekali! Satu lagi kenapa gak ada kotak kritik dan saran! Pelanggan adalah raja!
