  Old property and not worth a stay when u have better places at economical price.. it needs refurbishment immediately..

  The caretaker Mr. Agus is a very good man.
  
  This Villa is close to Seminyak and short distances from all the good places in and around the South Bali.
  
  Clean rooms, Well maintained pool, Good bathrooms, Plush beds. No issues / problems at all.
  
  Good bike rental close by, or They can arrange an all day taxi.
