Good clean affordable hotel in a strategic location

Nice friendly services from the employee. Clean rooms. Quite a bargain for the price they give. Located in Jodoh area, you could walk to McDonald's and Burger King. Also in a walking distance from Sederhana and Martabak Har.

Budget hotel with the essentials checked off. Bear in mind that you are only provided with amenities for 1 person only (not too sure whether you can request FOC). The policy in place is rather rigid because you will be charged if you want to change towel or bed linen daily. The place is not really strategic as you cant just walk to nearby shopping centers. It is still too far. Breakfast is so-so

We are not fussy people, especially when we made a choice for budget hotel. But we expect a baseline level of service delivery / standards. Which this hotel failed quite miserably.
1. We had to wait more than half an hour for check-in despite only having 1 person before us. When it's our turn, it again took more than 20+ min. Why? Because the staff attending to us was consistently distracted to attend to other matters Ie people who jumped in, phone calls? Where's the focus? Where's the priorities? Where's the basic courtesy?
2. The main door latch cannot return fully when we closed the door prior to leaving the hotel room. If we didn't check, we would have left the hotel door unlocked. Basic level of physical security! No peace of mind.
3. Someway into our stay, there was a power trip. Enough said.
4. We stayed 3D2N. Wifi was down 2D1N. I consider reliable wifi a basic requirement. Enough said.
5. Door access card reset itself halfway through our stay
6. The shower cubicle floor was slippery / slimy. Omg. The bedsheet had stains, and our infant baby developed rashes after sleeping on it. The rest of the hotel room seemed clean though.
7. Hot water supply for shower was unreliable.
Saving grace was that the staff seemed to be genuinely trying their best to make the broken system work for us.

the hotel was clean, we got to charter the hotel car for traveling around the city for 500k rupiah, the bathroom was clean and pretty complete. overall was good for the price.

Their sunshine room so spaciousthe nasi goreng kampung taste so nice and just in perfect spicy taste for methe hotel manager Mr.Medianto is a friendly manager and so helpful..thank you for the nice service, for sure i will come for next visit and recommend this hotel to my frieds..

Overall asset is well maintain, clean with friendly and polite staff. Room is slightly on an average size but is clean and comfy! Overall is value for money! Highly​ recommended asset!
