Big lounge in receptionist.
Plus:
The staff is very hospital and helpful.
The rooms are cozy, fair enough for the price range.
I liked the shower, it's not sticked to the wall and has many spray options.
There's a comment book on the receptionist, you can comment directly there.
Location is close to Balikpapan harbour, perfect place to transit.
There's a lift directly to parking area, great decision.
It's rare to find Bible and Quran in the same room, but this hotel provide both. Best!
There's a water jug to make hot water.

Minus:
Looks like this is old building, some spots needs to be repaired.

The rooms in this hotel are so old fashioned, with wooden furniture and old modeled door. More like "kostan" than hotel, believe me. They are spacious, though. The lobby design is a bit weird, too. I don't even get where this hotel name came from.
As info, this hotel is located right in front of Grand City, a residential complex, in MT Haryono which is far from the heart of Balikpapan. No convenient stores or good restaurant near here, or any interesting place worth visit. So I think this is good for mid-way travelers only.
