Kalo hari biasa ke sini, kasirnya cuman 1..
Bayar pake cash aja pelayanan 15 menit.. Itu cash ya, belum kalau pake credit card bisa 3x lipat lbh lama
Kalo weekend ke sini :
1. Susah dpt parkir, td hmpr g bs parkir gedung karena penuh trus protes lah saya.. Org saya udah pasti beli barangnya dia, kalo g parkir gedung yg mau gotong barangnya siapa?
2. Kasirnya buka 3, jd g terlalu antri.. Terkejut dan senenglah saya
3. Lha kasirnya cpt tp edc nya yg trouble.. Jd kalo pake credit card dan beli garansi eksternal itu 2x gesek di mesin yg berbeda.. Pas mau bayar garansi eksternalnya edc rusak jd kasirnya nawarin bayar tunai aja.. Pdhl nunggunya lumayan lama 10 menit..
Giliran kasirnya buka banyak, edcnya trouble..

All kinds of electronic accessories are available here. From a iron to AC or coffee machine to kitchen accessories, you will find everything here. This is the main branch and you can find an item which is not available. If you are planning to visit keep in mind that store open at 10 AM.

biggest electronics shop in town. many kind of brand available here, but their service is little bit slow. Sometimes, i just go in here to see type and specification that match my needs. I prefer buy from online shop, you just click away from your needs. Then wait till its arrive right in front of your door

It is the cheapest place to buy electronic stuff and kitchen accessories and utensils for the house. Staff is overcrowding the whole shop most of the time which are constantly chatting and joking to each other instead of paying attention to customers. Also the staff is not very acknowledged about the store products which makes the experience of buying and choosing between products quite frustrating. Kitchen appliances are showed in vast quantities but only a third if less are available in stock. Hartono is still the most convenient place to buy but Store Managers are clearly not paying any attention to their staff and their training. Please do something about it!!

Had fight with this "manager" yellow shoe and blue socks

The collection was OK, you might find the latest model for major brand there. But I really didn't like their salesperson, there were so many of them. They waited at the main entrance and "attack" you. I didn't need them all, I only need one who helps.

Wide range of electronics and home appliances, the setup, fast responding cs, and on time delivery service. But maybe a bit too worked up when you get inside because of all the salesmen standing in the entrance.
