I stayed for 1 nights at Harris Hotel Festival Citylink. And i loved to stay there, room are clean, reception friendly. I have a great breakfast, the staff are very friendly, many food variety and taste very nice. I love the juice healthy corner and coffee live station, can choose selection of coffee variety. Definetly will be back for another day to Harris Festival Citylink.

Room is clean and spacious. Staffs are nice and very helpful. But the bathroom is a little too small and make me difficult to move

Hotel is quite convenient to get to in spite of the traffic that sadly Bandung is quite famous for on weekends n holidays. The breakfast area very nice in the morning with cool wists in the morning. Mall is a bit hopeless but Starbucks is by the corner, it's ok. Hotel is nice, will be back. Entrance to hotel is a bit tricky for first timers Posted photos n videos to help show the entrance by the side of the mall to the hotel lobby by the back. Its great because means that rooms are quieter behind the mall.

For this level of hotel, it's a good one. The staffs were friendly. Refreshing welcome drinks and pop corn. Located at the Citylink mall, no need to worry about emergency foods or groceries. Lol. Free parking by showing your e-money/flazz card. The important thing is the room: clean, comfy, and enjoyable. Enjoy guys!
