Nice room,cozy,the staf are fliendly and helping. But i hoped the pool is wider tho and has more lazy chairs. The food is good and diverse enough from western to eastern food. The major plus about this hotel is its located next to cambridge plaza so its convenient for the guest to shop, eat, or just strolling around. The plaza has starbucks,jco,body shop and supermarket among other shops.

Great stay. Professional staff, well maintained facilities and very comfortable rooms. The gym and pool facilities are great for relaxing. Will be my choice for staying while on business.

This hotel is very good in location, of which near Sun Plaza, Cambridge City Square (in the same building), and we can also easily find some delicious food around here.

Literally centre of town, with a shopping mall next to the building. Lots of food around the area. Staff and service were great, room size wss big and the breakfast was yummy with authentic local cuisine choices. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with kids for one night because of the 30% discount price with Citilink boarding pass, the clear glass-walled swimming pool, and connection to Cambridge mall. I did direct booking via hotel website, discount was very straightforward at the web and front office, no hassle. City view room is okay, not as spacious as I expected but comes with a bath-tub. Swimming pool is small-medium sized but more than enough to get cool pics through the glass wall. A bit cold at the pool, not sure if it was the weather that time, or its always that windy on that particular part of the floor. Connection to the mall is very convenient, very few stores are available compared to Sun Plaza mall which is only 15 minutes away. However, Brastagi supermarket and Restaurants on LG are very handy. I truly appreciate the staff at the restaurant on breakfast, there were too many of us, but the children were allowed to come and have breakfast first, and I pay additional charge later on (which is surprisingly not expensive). Will definitely come back to try the spa..

slightly overpriced but in keeping with the facilities on offer. Guests can enjoy the spa, the swimming pool, the hot tub and of course the top-of-the-top restaurants offer the incredible panoramic view of the city, especially at night

A big and high hotel in Medan city. They have nice spacious room inside. There's a connection door from hotel to the Artech mall which have some restaurant like j.co, starbuck and etc.

I was disappointed with the service from staff at receptionist table. I have booked the hotel about a month ago. I arrived at hotel at 12PM, i would like to try whether we can early check in or not. I spoke to William, asking for 5 rooms at same level. He said we can get the rooms at the same floor, but currently the rooms still were not available and asked us to come back again at 2PM. We were allowed to put our baggage there first (Good point for the service). I came back again at 3.30 PM, hoping that the rooms are ready. It turned out that the rooms were not ready (only 2 out of 5 were ready). The policy of this hotel: check in at 2PM, check out at 12PM. I asked them what is the reason for the unavailable room, the receptionist just said, "wait a moment, we are trying to make the room ready." I decided to ask where is the manager, the duty manager on that day is Fajar, we spoke to him and asked the reason. He said the problem is because we wanted rooms at same floor so we need to wait. I explained to him that we already came at 12, and one of staff William said that we can have it at 2PM. He replied again, "oh, it is because the guests before us are late for check out."
Until this point, I dont bother to try to ask him again, i dont know whether those reasons are valid or not. I just want to find the reason, but the fact that they were so defensive. I dont mind if it is late, but please next time explain the reason why and apologize for the incovenience. The manager only said, just wait, 15 minutes again if you dont get the room, i will give you voucher for dinner. If anyone from grand swiss-bel hotel read this, please tell your staff not to be defensive, just explain the reason and apologize.
However, the rooms are spacious and cozy. The concierge staffs are also friendly,

Good hotel with many facilities, the mall is just beside the hotel. It has a wide lobby. The Swiss cafe is a good choice to spend your time in, with all you can eat concept. Many sushi are here, also with various of "beautifully" designed cakes and dessert.

Good rooms. I love the shower and their bathrooms. The hotels and rooms are nice and clean. They need to improve the elevators. When I was there, only one or two worked so sometimes you have to wait a little bit too long. The location of the hotel is good. It's near the train station and streets that have street food that open at night. The hotel is also right next to Cambridge City Square so you won't have trouble finding coffee shop and food.
