The hotel has change the name. It is RADISSON HOTEL now. Since the new management take over.

Good hotel with great staff. Just need a bit of minor updates on some of their facilities. Only one shower knob works and power outage only on my room on one of the nights.

Located at Highly Traffic area, difficult to access unless you walk. Crowded gate and entry and drop off area makes guests and your car are difficult to manuvers and turning. You have to call receptionist who sometime is not on his her desk. Duty Manager wasnt ready to manage his team. Not sure how to call and give a name to this place

If you happen to be travelling to Medan, please stay at RADISSON MEDAN. It is truly amazing. From the moment you step inside you enter a world of exquisite details and perfection. You are instantly greeted with a smile regardless of the time you are arrive. The bell desk and porters kindly handle your luggage and help you to your room. Plus they explain everything you need to know about the hotel and room.
The room itself is amazing. Spacious, comfortable and well appointed in every way. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud and the rainfall shower is refreshing as the name suggests.

Sangat cocok utk yg butuh ketenangan. Kurang banyak tamunya.

First time I read review when I already book some people give bad review and talk about old hotel and crocoach, I almost cancel my booked, but they already rebranding their hotel into Radisson in April so I take the booked, surprisingly my very first business trip in medan and my first time try this hotel the services from people are absolutely AMAZING!! the bell boy refused to get tip.. they help with heart and full of smile! I'm surprised by all team and people in this hotel.. and the room I get is new room.. they already renovated it!! like 5star hotel.. when we check out we just know that they give us Free upgrade.. wooowww I get more than what I pay.. so this review is totally free from my heart! 😘😘😘 for awesome hospitality..

There are good and bad points of this hotel. Friendly staff with nice executive room stay which was newly renovated. They have a very nice thought to have a smoking room at the executive dinning hall. The only sad thing is that they don't understand English well. Communication is a big issue in Medan. I hope the next few days would be fine.
