Can I just say u had the worst experience at this hotel. First of all, my wifi connection wasn’t working properly. The rooms are so old. Carpets definitely needs to be changed. I booked it for 5 nights and only ended up sleeping for 2 nights. Couldn’t stand it anymore. We ended up staying at Four Points by Sheraton instead, it was definitely worth losing the rest of my stay. I lost my money but I wasn’t going to put up with it for any much longer.

Our first night (might b our last night ) was terrible.
We complained abou the aircon since we check in, called them many time, came to see the receptionist many times, and they keep telling us to wait until it's almost 10.30pm and they havent got any solution yet.
We have right to move to another hotel if the aircon doesnt work but they keep ask to give them some time.
This is really exhausting, we need a rest and we still have to wait.
Again
And again
Terribly slow response.

Worst 4 star hotel I have seen in a long time! It's best times are long over and it needs a complete renovation!
The word "clean" is obviously a mystery to the staff (tables, glasses, carpets, mirrors, windows). Mold on the fassade and on the floor in the pool area. The walls in the rooms are poorly repaired, big dirty stains on the carpet, moldy smell in the closet and poorly cleaned bathrooms.
The breakfast was ok but for a 4 star hotel far below average. The coffee was undrinkable, rice and noodles overcooked and too much garlic in it.

Staff at the reception was nice and friendly!

For one or two nights it's ok but don't expect too much of it.

The rooms were clean and comfortable,the location is good,the breakfast buffet needs more variation tbh,the pool was large and very kid-friendly.The staff,however,was mostly unprofessional (i.e. complaining and disrespecting patrons when asked for a favor).
