The hotel ruined our vacation. Their superior rooms are "new" and located underground. Very dark, humid, smell like ashtray, and very noisy as they have karaoke set at the end of the corridor. No such warning during the booking and in the end they requested us to top up 100k per night to upgrade to their "deluxe" room whose site is unable to be closed unless with extra force, inverted toilet glass door with no locks, and transparent so anyone can see you while you are inside. Other deluxe room has no such "features"
