Kemarin tgl 3 Maret 2017, saya membeli buku di Gramedia Royal Plaza Surabaya dengan adik saya. Saya menyayangkan dengan pelayanannya. Saya tidak melihat senyum dari pekerja di sana. Semuanya terlihat ketus, mulai dari security, SPG dan kasir. Padahal kasir seharusnya menyenangkan dan ramah. Saya merasa kecewa membeli buku di Gramdia Royal Plaza. Di gramedia yang lain seperti TP Surabaya pelayanannya lebih menyenangkan dan sangat membantu.
