  Bad service and the guy who act girly is so rude. We cant pay use debit card cause we spent less than 100.000. No smile. I prefer happy puppy grand city mall also nav karaoke is a lot better than inul vista sutos.

  We like the high quality sound system. The song list is quite complete, covering all genres including traditional songs. Moreover, they do not require a minimum amount of food/beverages to be ordered. However they need to improve soundproofing between rooms.

  Toilet pria ga bersih.ga terawat.
  Microphone tadi ada gangguan dibetulin, ga bisa dan sampai ganti mic.

  The service is not good, a bit annoying sometimes. It was my first time here, and there are more than 3 times we got technical problems. Although there is scoring in the end of singing, but not really accurate. Not really recommended for karaoke.
