A nice place to spend the weekend with family and friends, but probably not a good choice for couple who have their first date, because it will be a bit messy while eating the food. Also not a good choice for someone who's in a rush, the food take some time to be served.
As its name, this place serves Texan-Mexican dishes such as tacos, quesadillas, enchiladas and burritos. The food itself is quite good, but personally i expected more guacamole on it. For beverages, they have many choices but their house specialty is the sparkling coconut drink. It's unique and refreshing. They also serve alcoholic drinks.
In general, the price is a little bit high, but quite reasonable for such a big portion.

The service is really not recommended, I have been waiting for more than 10 minutes for a simple nachos.ambience is okay but I don't think they build for full attendance.the taste is good, could be better.

It is hard to find good Mexican restaurant in Jakarta and Gonzo's is my favourite.
Their beef enchiladas is good. It consists of shredded beef wrapped in flour tortilla and topped with spicy red chili sauce. It comes with refried beans and mexican rice.
I also like their chimmichanga, which is similar to enchiladas but for chimmichanga the whole roll is fried and served with guacamole sour cream and salsa.
The taco salad is served in fried flour tortilla shaped like a bowl. I find that their taco salad needs extra guacamole and sour cream to make that extra kick.
For dessert we ordered strawberry cheesecake chimmichanga which consists of cream cheese wrapped in tortilla and fried and then dusted with cocoa powder. It is served hot and when you eat it with the cold strawberry sauce and vanilla ice cream, it is heaven.

I love the taco. We ordered hard shell taco with ground beef and shrimp, and also nachos.

All delicious.

Simple mexican resto.

Will definitely come back because of the food.

It is located in the corner on the LG floor of Lotte Avenue - near Bank Mandiri ATM.

The nachos are so so, not nearly enough jalapeños or guacamole. The margaritas are quite good.
Seating : 3/5 indoor seating
Taste : 3/5 not bad
Service : 4/5 really friendly
Price : 3/5 standard mall prices. 80k margarita, strawberry cheese cake was 25k, bowl of nachos 69k.
Recommended : margarita, strawberry cheese cake.

Ate here for lunch on March 11th. Nannies and kids had their own food. Ordered 2 Coke Zeros, they had only one. Advised them a grocery store was next door. No Coke Zero #2. Skipped dinner because stomach not feeling so well. Wife ate dinner and puked 2 hours later. I never ate dinner and puked by 11pm (chunks of undigested cheese). Thank you Gonzo's for helping me lose weight by throwing up.

The lunch deals are great! Truly bang-for-your-bucks, try out different deals every day: burrito, quesadilla, chimichanga, and more. Flavor wise, Gonzo still does not come across as truly "mexican" nor it is "tex-mex" as they serve pulled beef instead of the traditional steak cuts. However, it's still a good place worth a visit if you're having lunch in the area.

Gonzo's food so tasty and inexpensive too! Nice place for lunch or after work margaritas! Easy to find in the large shopping mall Lotte Shopping Avenue in Ciputra World.
