  the most complete Gold's Gym in town. The training equipment here is great and has a huge amount of variety. The shower and locker rooms are also clean and big. Many options of classes if you don't really like to train conventionally, such as yoga, zumba, bodypump, spinning class, etc. It is located on the 1st floor of Thamrin City building, but it's best to get in from Cosmo Terrace Lobby (nearer)

  Crowded Gym. Mid level gym, just can't compare to its rival like celebrity fitness, but the price quite affordable, if they five u price more than 450.000rp than u have been cheated by them.

  big place for exercise, complete tools for gym here, you can get towel and locker keys for free.and there's a sauna too. really nice place for exercise. really love it

  This gold's gym branch is unique one. Because I'm having trouble finding a parkir location near it. You better ask first where to park cause it's a huge building. Inside gold's gym, it's relatively small one, not to many equipment. But it's strategic place to stop by, especially during after office hour. It's better go to the gym then traffic

  Used to be good. But, standards slip man. Cockroaches in the toilet and the AC at the male changing room has been broken for months now.

  It's a great fitness center. Quite large and complete facilities (functional room, towel, sauna, etc). The gym open early morning when the mall still doesn't open yet, making it very difficult to navigate inside the mall. Even with proper lighting, the mall could be a total labyrinth. Would be nice to add more direction.
