Uninterested staff, no effort to think along, explain or whatever. Do not pay full attention to customer but talk while continuing some other task. Was interested in buying a product they had but decided not to because of this attitude. Give staff some training in customer service and you will sell more.

Never ever again!!! Went there with broken display I-Phone 6+ and they repaired it for 1.700.000 Rupie. Same evening there was a problem with the screen (parts didn't work). Next day I went back to the shop but the technician wasn't there. They assured me that they would solve this problem also after two weeks when I'd come back to Kuta (normally warranty one week). That worked (display was replaced) and I was happy. But now, not even two weeks later, there are problems again.

Very PATHETIC
I went to the store 10 days back with water damage case of my Iphone and people there instead of helping, took out all the original spare parts of my phone and said that your phone did not worked after cleansing as well.
I am sure they would have done this with another girl who came for this issue, when we were there.
NEVER EVER visit the store. They are doing fraud in the name of being service provider.
