This supermarket is a one stop destination. You can get groceries, clothes, souvenirs, electronic gadgets, beddings and so much more. It seems like a department store and a grocery store combined together. Prices are affordable and the staff are very helpful. My fanily liked the convenience of the location too. The shopping mall is directly accessible from ibis hotel too.

Big mall located in Kuta, there are duty free, food court, branded shop, etc. Reasonable price and usually has big sale at the end of the year.

In my two visits to this department store, I have been left in disappointment and frustration due to the lack of attentiveness offered by attendants as they seem to not regard customer service as a priority. Therefore, I was often finding myself trying to find an attendant to help me assist; however, often leaving once the task is done thereby making the customer experience difficulty in their shopping experience.
The price and range of products on offered are excellent.However, the ambience of the store needs to be improved as during my visit there, the aircon was not working and made my experience uncomfortable.response / report this review -

A large apartment store, great for clothes, cosmetics and a reasonable selection of toys. Conveniently close to the car park for easy access.

If you love shopping, then come here. All the branded stuff and all the locally made high quality clothing. Great if you want to stock up on kids clothes to take home as a fraction the price in AUS or overseas

I love this place, cause this mall is the biggest mall in Bali and and locate in the middle of bussy town of Badung, surrounding by hotels and shop, near from beach site.
