This place does have limited access to get into it. It consists of several buildings ranging from museums, offices and post office. The entrance is only through the back gate of the building. There are many areas for parking. Some parts are under renovation. I can go there just because I have a police event. Some people informed that on certain days visitors can go upstairs to see Tangkubanparahu mountain from Gedung Sate.

the topest floor is must visit. from here we know that gedung sate building located exactly straigt with gunung tangkuban perahu. if you wanna go to upper floor visit permit is required.

It is one of historical places in Bandung which you have to visit if you have any chance to get inside it. The access is limited, but we can go inside if there is an event, just like today. I have a chance to visit it because the government celebrates the 72th of the West Java Province celebration and i can walk around the building, but not inside the building, because it is closed. But, still, I enjoy it much.
