Honestly, it is a very nice hotel, good location, with affordable price. Very clean as well. But you missed some small details. There were some holes in the ceiling (next to the aircon room number 619), and water leaked from there. They don’t provide standard amenities such as slipper, toothpaste and toothbrush. Nothing. And the app. I thought it is genius to replace the phone with an app. But you must review it. First of all, the front desk didn’t respond fast. So if we need something, we have to wait quite awhile, as simple as tissue. Second, when the staff need to ask something, they will knock your door, it’s quite disturbing for me. They knocked my door twice, for cleaning and for asking wether i will extend my stay or not. Third, the app didnt work well if i didnt use hotel’s wifi. Idk. Maybe just my phone. But when i was out of hotel, the app just stopped.

I think app is not suitable here. Phone is much much better. It does not make anything simpler but even more complicated. Maybe it is working well in japan or elsewhere but here, i don’t think so. So, i think the manager should review again, is the app worked better than a phone in the room?

Overall, I’m still recommending this hotel. Very good hotel if you are okay with the flaws i mentioned above.

low price, comfortable room but not really spacious, modern & minimalist interior, toiletries was complete except tooth brush & tooth paste (but you can buy it in the reception counter), located near shopping mall, nice hotel staff, easy check in & check out, really worth the price, very recommended hotel but maybe need improvement for the parking lot

Very clean. Small room, but still okay. AC is great. Sheets and pillows are good. Towels are too old. They need to replace them all with the new one. No phone in the room. The WiFi is sucks. Can't connect, even password was given.

It's nice to stay here. I've stayed here for two times. It's located on the heart of town, near to the shopping centers. It's a budget hotel. The toiletries and sandals are not available. It's better for the hotel to provide it. The internet worked very slow. The good point is it provides hair dryer. Also has 2 choices if you want to use air conditioner or fan

Love budget hotel for work. Small nice room. Clean linen. Powerfull shower. Fast wifi. Close to many restaurant. Close to the mall. Have taxi ready in front of hotel almost all the time. Have a nice restaurant with cheap price. Surrounded by convenience store

Sering menginap disini. Kamar bersih kasur empuk. Pendingin ruangan ada AC & Kipas angin. Wifi kencang. Dekat dengan Mall. Saran: Tempat Parkir perlu dibenah, agar dikasi lampu penerangan dan ditambah peneduh/atap.

I have been stay in this Red Planet Hotel by lastyear,the prize was good,and their services was nice and friendly,just about the breakfast(continental food)that they have is cold,we found one coffee shop near by Red Planet Hotel,i forgot the name,easy to find the taxi too.
