Good value. Staff is helpful and the swimming pool is really nice. Great location (in the beach) It’s clean and the bed is fine. Weak WiFi signal. The TV in the room just didn’t work. The breakfast is far from good.

Only second day here yet, but quite disappointing. The room is ok, the breakfast as well, but it is a buffet so food is often cold and the fruit salad offered is full of mosquitos. No wifi in the room even though advertised otherwise. The staff is not very helpful and not willing to negotiate even when the service is not up to standards.

Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic!!!!! Beautiful place, friendly staff, reasonably priced. Amazing place! The staff will even help with suggestions for things to do, and arranging snorkeling, etc for you! I will be back if I ever go back to Gili Air and I'm telling everyone I know about Grand Sunset. This place deserves 6 stars.

This is a wonderful beach-side bungalow on Gili Air near Lombok, Indonesia. If you are looking for a relaxing, luxurious vacation this is the place to go. The pool and ocean are always warm and ready for a swim (watch out for coral on the beach), and the restaurant has a great selection of modern food (with a taste for most cultures). The real winner here, though, are the sunsets. You get to watch the sun go down over the ocean and Gili Meno. The beauty lasts for at least an hour, and you can sip a drink in the relaxing lounge chairs while you watch.
A major advantage of this location is that it is on the northwest corner of the island - a much quieter and relaxing side compared to the restaurants and bars near the harbor. The rooms are clean, the service is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. The next time I'm on Gili Air I will definitely be back here.response / report this review -

Great spot on the edge of Gili Air over looking the other islands. Quiet, tranquil with very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to walk around the island to the restaurants and bars.

Fine hotel, but pricey compared to what you get.
Beach is only good when high tide (other side of island is always good). Rooms are not very big, and beds are seperated, even though it says 'room with double bed'. No fridge or security box. Also, I don't think it's a good thing that it is placed away from the main street on the other side of the island. It becomes a project, everytime you what to find a prober beach or restaurant.
On the other the staff was super friendly. Both in lobby and at restaurant. The breakfast is good. And brilliant that you can refill water bottles for free.response / report this review -
