The donuts, the coffee, and don't forget the sandwiches taste great. The place was also great for chilling. They have special room for those that enjoy smoking ( only inside ) and it is separated from the non smoking room. Sadly, in order to get to the non smoking room you have to pass the smoking room ( you'll get it when you're there ) and this could be a hassle for the non smokers since the smoking room is inside. But nonetheless still a great place to visit ( since it's located at the city central area ).

Very poor service, 4 workers just like to move around (so they looks busy but actually not) doing one or two orders while ignoring custumers that waiting to make an order for at least 15 minutes per customer. When the customer ask for order they just waved them.

This place is the first dunkin outlet in Indonesia and still crowded. The smoking area isnt at proper location and it's extremely smokey at peak hour. I suggest to remove the smoking area, that horrible smoke affect to donut and coffee.

Its nice..but too smokey..even they separated the smoking with the non smoking zone..the smoke still creep in to the non smoking..but overall..its a nice place to relax n the service were good

I always come to this place every Tuesday in monthly. It's because every Tuesday there always be reward for DD card's member buy 1 get 1 for all drinks (ice or hot) depends on DD's policy in each month (u should ask the staff to ensure what promotion currently applied). I love this place because it opens 24 hours, the service is pleasant, it's very cozy, and the most important is you can pay your foods and drinks with cash or cards, even if you just buy 1 drink you can use your credit card!!! That's cool right meanwhile if you use credit card as payment option in another coffee shops you can't use it under 50K or 75K rupiah..

this is a place that getting more and more crowded when the night gets late. cozy place to hangout, but the cashier will close at 5 am until 6 or 6.30 am, and you couldn't buy donuts or drinks at that time.

Place is actually quite nice. They are open 24/7, have a rather spacious seating area, and good service. I'd gladly give a 5 if not for the huge smoking area that almost always passed to the non smoking area. Sad.

Nice place, so comfy, good place to having chit chat with your friends. The AC was too cold and the place full with smoke from the smoking area outside the building.
