Very disorganized. Will demand you to pay for your rooms after you have already paid them. It was the most stressful and overwhelming time I've had in Ubud. If it wasn't for their lack of organization and order I would have had such a great time at this beautiful place. The staff are cold, especially the two male workers there. They will not stand up for you even after they have literally watched and witnessed you pay for the rooms. If you're not into this kind of unnecessary hassle, go book somewhere else.
