Great location 10min walk to the beach and shopping center. Market style shopping 1min away. Watch out they are real pushy sellers. Also watch out for staff asking for a tip and not taking no for an answer. My room phone didnt work for both reception or room service. Buffet break 10 out of ten dinner meal 5 out of 10. But restaurant staff service 10 out of 10 and we offered the two waitress a tip for out standing service. Well worth staying here on a Budget.

The accommodation was OK for 5he price (£15 a night) although wasn't too happy at having no towels. There was also loads of ants all over the floor, most surfaces and over our luggage by the next morning, although none made it to the bed during our stay.

The communal pool in the centre is lovely and a good place to relax and the staff are very nice too.

Great place with great location close to Kuta beach and lots of local pubs and nightlife great price with a nice breakfast included. Recommend it especualky for the price

Bali Sandy is a very reasonably priced accomodation near the party district of Kuta. There is a pool with swim up bar. The food from the restaurant was undercooked and the cleaners didn't leave fresh towels and bathroom for some reason. However for a cheap getaway this property was good.

A good place. My last stay in Bali. Staff isn't as friendly as hotel staff in Ubud or Seminyak. However nothing in particular to complain about . Breakfast was amazing so was the pool.

Terrible experience!!!! Cleaning is better if you sleep in the midle of the garbage outside. Smell very bad in the rooms, the bathroom i don't have words. The bed with a lot of yellow spots!!!!!! The staff, they don't care when you say something about the cleaning. I was there for 30 minutes, i made check in and check out and run away from there!!!!!!!!

Not a very pleasant stay. Bad cleaning the buildings need a fixup, the bathroom was a disaster. But the pool area is nice and the staff I god. But won't stay there again.

5 mins to beach and Jalan Legian. I was only there one night but the Pool looked great, the bed was comfortable, the room and shower was nice and the staff were friendly.

It's a good budget spot,,staff are nice,,lots of smiles,,rooms basic but comfy,,great pool with a swim up bar,,fantastic location right off poppies 2,,and just 200 metres to Kuta beach,,would stay again no problems.

It has a beautiful setting but is old and rundown, although that adds to its old world charm. It does not have all the modern conveniences one would expect in a hotel, but is relative cheap at around aud40 per night

Nice place to stay if you are price oriented. The rooms could use some renovation especially the bathrooms. Other than that really nice sweaming pool and really close to the center.

It had a nice pool area and liked the bar in the middle of the pool and they arranged my travel to Gilli T, with what seems a good price for a return and shuttle buses. The staff were also extremely friendly, the breakfast was good and the air con was fully working. I decided not to stay here again though because number 1) I didn't like Kuta (so not the hotel's fault). 2) the room did not seem clean - there were squashed bugs on the wall in the bathroom and the sheets / bed smelt musty. 3) the Wi-Fi wasn't particularly great - kept cutting out. Overall, the negatives were fairly minor and number 2 might have been different in another room but I wouldn't stay again as I wouldn't go back to Kuta!

Stayed here on a surf trip. Awesome hotel. Friendly staff. Good price. Great pool. Basic but for the money you can't go wrong, will return.

Never again! There is a strong smell in the room, like after disinfection. Cant sleep, I called to staff and asked to change the room,but the second one had that smell less in the room but still strong smell in the bathroom.

Instead of 1 room 4 beds we got 2 rooms away and diferent levels, shower stunk bad, cats in the hallways and stained towels, also were promised safe in room but dodgey lock boxes behind counter

Very Comfy, the swimming pool is nice, the room is clean, the view is great, and it's very close to Legian
and the TV is usb Compatible (I can watch movie from my Flashdisk) :D

Balisandy Cottages is a really nice resort.
I love this hotel for a few reasons. Firstly every room has a balcony overlooking the big pool which is in a tropical setting, it reminds me of Hawaii resorts, it makes you feel like you are in a secluded place. But the kicker is that right when you leave the hotel in any direction walking, there are tons of things to do all around. The River walk is south
a couple minutes walking, as well as the beach of course, and north is Liegan street with all the clubs, and all, and in between are tons of shops and restaurants.
it has the lowest rates.

Enjoy this hotel and location, will go back again soon.
