  Not helpful at all. I called them to gather some info, the man on the phone couldn't give me a simple info cause I'm under Badung instead of Denpasar. Then I asked what's the number of Badung cause couldn't find it on Google etc, he said he didn't know and not willing to ask the other person about it. This is what yiu called 'makan gaji buta'.
