  The place is not clean. The host is so much demanding. But it is a cheap and quite strategic location. You can have a nice and cheap breakfast near the Homestay.

  Budget accommodation for solo traveler.
  Keep in mind that you have to confirm many times to the owner about your room: after you pay the room; 1 week before check in; and 1 day before check in. This home stay is near with Alun-alun Kidul (South City Square). Just ask the owner if you want to rent a motorcycle.

  Cheap, not far from town hall, nice hostess, free drinking water, able to rent motorcycle, near food market, near prayer hall (mosque), and cozy bed. A perfect homestay for backpackers.

  well, the owner not friendly. When we try to ask about the room rate she's playing around and make my friend super mad. After all the hardwork to find this hotel I think it's not worth it. I suggest you to try another hotel

  What I love about the place is that they got the motorcycle rent for the guest. Very helpful. Don't forget to book and pay by transfer, it would be very practice. If you need the owner, you gotta manage by call.

  I think this is a decent accommodation for backpackers. The rooms were clean, and the owners are friendly, the environment is also located in the central area of the city. Unfortunately the rooms are very very limited number. We recommend you order in advance before visiting Yogyakarta.
