Doctors, Nurses and other staffs are all very good, attentive, efficient and kind. At least more than anything I expected from a hospital in Bali.

I've been here for nearly 2 weeks for emergency operation,while on holiday..I've found the staff to be extremely goodnever seen so many smiling Drs during my stay. Better than in my own country Australia. Nurses are mostly all amazing. Communication was a bit poor in main office. WiFi very slow for communication with familyotherwise very happy.

Went there because I got sick. The overall standard is okay, probably the best you can find in Bali, but of course not comparable to Europeean standards. The doctor was able to talk in basic English with me, but you really have to ask for the specific details actively by yourself, e.g. about the details of the medication intake. You don't have to mind about the prices if you got travel insurance, but you have to pay first and afterwards get the money back from the insurance. If you do not have travel insurance, I recommend buying the medication in some external pharmacy instead of the hospital one. They are quite overpriced.

As a westerner I wasn’t expecting much, but my problem was quickly and professionally sorted, I had the same, if not better treatment than at home.
Sadly I had no insurance so my bintang fund was heavily knocked down a few pegs, but I’m on the mend so all is good!

Very expensive. They won't tell the charges before hand. Paid $165 CDN just for cough and cold. My cough level was high. I went there mid of the night. But still charging $165 is a rip off.

Their reservation system is so bad, making an appointment just like a hell, you need to try several times to get in touch with a staff member over the phone. I said lightly about several it could be more than 5 times within 1 minutes trying.

Nobody pick up the phone on the costumer service or operator. Only answering machine keep back and forward.
Take too long for Corporate Medical Check Up.
Expensive for medicines.
But for the medical staff & doctor, they have good services.

Private hospital, so yes, they look for return on investment. Different level of prices for tourist, locals and in between. Service is ok, clean place. If you speak bahasa people get more friendly

I came into Siloam at 1:30 am, red as a lobster, and had an unbarable rash (still not sure if it was from the sun or from an allergy) that kept me from sleeping. My bf and I came here and I was immediately taken care of! Staff was professional, nice, and facilities were clean. After an hour my rash was completely gone!! I felt like myself again. The cost, for me an american, was not expensive. Two injections, oral pills and sleeping pills were around 75$. Which is GREAT! I was only there for an hour. Im SO happy with my time there.

This hospital is about pure profit. Price more expensive than in Europe. They are really difficult to get on the phone. I wanted to update the vaccine of my daughter but arrive their the doctor tell us that they don't have this vaccin and makes us 750 000rp. Go to prima if you are sick, more patient oriented.

I had a very good and professional experience at Siloam. Actually, it was my best experience with any hospital in the world! The organization was truly efficient and friendly. I was amazed!

Below my experience:
I first went to SOS Hospital because of the best ratings on Google and asked for an ENT specialist because I had pain in my right ear after diving. They did not have an ENT in house but were so kind to call Siloam. Siloam had two specialist on duty. So I took an Uber to get there. 5min. All hospitals are very close to each other so it is easy to change. Siloam seemed much bigger than SOS.
Always make sure the specialists are on duty before you go.
Siloam was very clean, everyone spoke good English and I was quicklyand professionally registered and passed on from registration to ENT. There was a lot of staff and everyone was friendly.
I had to wait in total maybe 15min since they had two specialists on duty. So, it was quicker than expected.
My doctors was very kind. She told me exactly what was going on and even took the time for some extensive small-talk afterwards. Very pleasant.
The basic consultation fee is 700k. That was all I had to pay.
Anything else needed then on top. I did not need anything else besides medicine which I later got at the pharmacy downstairs. So absolutely fair!
What also amazed me that after paying I went to the pharmacy at ground floor which already had received the doctor's receipt of medication and I quickly picked it up. Super smooth!

Just make sure to ask the doctor to write a medical report for you after consultation. You need this for your insurance. I had forgotten since I assumed this would be made anyway. But I only had to wait another 15min to get the report afterwards. Could have save that probably if I had asked for it right away during consultation.

Summary: 5 out of 5 stars!!

Our son is recorded with a deadly parasite. He got a good treatment and the doctor were very friendly end expert . The parasite is be killed with antibiotics and our son is now recovering. The aftercare for the presence of the parasite and feedback was good. But you need to be have patience for treatment because it runs all about the money. But that's in every hospital I think

Beware: This hospital isn't about the patients health, it's about profit.
A friend with a dislocated shoulder had to wait 4h to see the specialist doctor (4pm until 8pm), because they informed him 3h too late to be there in an appropriate time.
He was the first who checked at least the pulse of the dislocated arm (and was pissed about the fact we told him this lack of basic diagnostics). If there hadn't be a pulse from the beginning he could have lost his hand or could suffer from paralysis.
Of course they wrote down a full emergency status with pupils reaction, three times checked neurovascular functions, abdominal examination etc. Nothing of this really happened but they checked the saturation on the wrong hand. At least they pretended to do something. In fact all they cared about was to deposit money (roughly 25.000.000, a ridiculously high amount). If we hadn't deposited it they wouldn't have even called the specialist (worth 8.300.000 for max 5min work).
In our opinion they charged way too much for this standard and uncomplicated procedure (about 20.000.000)
Luckily nothing severe happened otherwise the outcome would be catastrophic and a case for the court.
If you are serious about your health and future life I strongly recommend to look for another hospital with state of the art health-care.

A good hospital to go to if you have medical insurance. They seemed confused upon viewing my Allianz insurance card, but in the end everything was okay. I'd definitely be wary of visiting here and attempting to pay cash in the event of an emergency.

Professional staff and doctors. Good bedside manner. It definitely seems to be a money oriented business, though.

Avoid using their pharmacy. They charge double & triple what others do.

Went to the Hospital with dengue. The toll me if I pay 700 k instead of 300 k I can see the doctor immediately. I pause that because I was destroyed but still had to waiter 4 times! More than 1 hour ! A horrible experience! Never again!

Went to see the Pulmonologist Dr A. A. Gde Upeksha regarding a persistent cough I have had for the past 2 weeks. Even before the results of the x-ray had come he had tried to prescribe me an inhaler with steroids in it. After refusing and telling him we should wait for the results he agreed. The results arrived an hour later and written on it was a diagnosis of bronchitis. Dr A. A. Gde Upeksha had a look at the x-rays and pointed out that I had bronchitis and then noticed that my right lung was shorter than my left and told me I had emphysema when in fact the reason why it is shorter in all human beings is to make room for your liver. Apparently he missed that part in medical school.

I want to say that I scheduled Siloam Hospital for elective cosmetic surgery. Dr. Roy and his staff have proven to be on the "A" List of surgeons anywhere in the world . From my experience I would classify the hospital and my surgeon as well as his complete staff 5 stars.

Just a rip-off - especially foreigners should use SOS klinik
I was there yesterday. That they charge foreigners triple on consultation, ok. But that they sell medicine in their inefficient pharmacy (waiting time 30 minutes) for more than double than in the century pharmacy which is 15 meters away that is crooked at best. Especially for foreigners: go to SOS klinik. There you get fast Service from very well educated doctors at the same cost.
And don't be fooled by the 5 star ratings. Most of them are from hospital staff.
And see, because I had some more complications had to go to see a doctor again. This time I did the right thing and went directly to SOS Klinik. At 20% less cost you even get a very detailed doctors report.
But the best thing: the crooked siloam yesterday charged me for 10 Cetaspan 200 mg 1,000,000 IDR. SOS charged me for EXACTLY THE SAME PILLS 330,000 IDR for EIGHTEEN pills. So siloam charged you 5.5 Times of the fair rate for medicine.
Do NOT go there ever . GO TO SOS KLINIK !

Came here on Tuesday few weeks ago, the clinic area was so hot and full of people. I don't think they are patients as they ask a signature of a doctor when I pass by to the toilet. However the technology for USG was great, doctor could explain well and fast admin. Suggestion, book via phone if you want to make appointment with a doctor.

I was there for rabies vaccination, it is very cold inside and seams to be professionell , after i filled out my data, the women told me seeing the doctor is 300k and the vaccination is over 1million rupieh .it was my 3vaccine so i knew it is not that expansive and actually i did not need to See doctor i already had my diagnosis But she was so nice to tell me that at puskesmas is a clinic from goverment at the jl.raya kuta if u need small things go there i was instantly inside and got my vaccination for 100k totally If you are not seriously hurt go to puskesmas
