Great hostel, very friendly staff, excellent shuttle into town which was very reliable.
View from the 12 bed dorm is absolutely stunning! Free water refills, good strong WiFi. Able to arrange tours from front desk. Perfect for travellers.response / report this review -

Amazing stay at Ciao, very friendly and helpful staff, and most of all an amazing view at the bay. Just hang out at the rooftop with a beer to watch the sunset. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to organise a Komodo trip from Flores. They will help you with everything here! Or just as a base camp to explore the sights in Flores, you will feel comfortable here.

Best hostel ever. You must book the rooftop room and see the view when you wake up in the morning. It is so beautiful. And this is the best place to see sunset. The room is clean and tidy. The hostel crew is very friendly and helpful. And the food is great. Very recommended.

Best value for hostel! The open-air dorm room on the top floor has amazing view! You can sleep with beautiful night view and wake up with breath-taking island sceneries from afar. They have restaurant that serves good quality meals with decent price and good spot for sunset. One thing, it's quite hilly to reach the hostel. Good thing they offer free shuttle to/from airport and downtown. Though you can walk to the city center for 15-20 min.

Beautiful hostel with a great view. Really clean and nice staff. HOT SHOWERS!!! Nice restaurant in the building, a bit pricey but apart from that all good. A bit off a rough path leading up to the hostel going by scooters but all in all a really good experience

BED BUGS! Four of us in room 2 had them and another traveler found them in room 3 too. The staff was so amazing and friendly and washed our stuff for usbut the owner couldn't care less and just insisted we took the boat from Bali and that's where it came from..but all of us arrived by flying so nope. We should have known when all of us had blood stains on our sheets.
Also, the dog peed all over the couches and then guests (who didn't know) sat on it. Gross. The bahtrooms were not clean. For $11 you can get so much better for your money. Perhaps breakfast and no bedbugsresponse / report this review -

Great rooms and friendly English speaking staff. The 6 bed rooms have comfy mattresses, free large lockers and good aircon. The staff cleans floors and shared bathrooms multiple times a day. Stunning sunset views! Free regular airport and town shuttle. The restaurant is pricey but food is tasty. I will gladly come again!

Overall very nice hostel with great view and comfy bed. I felt safe here. The staff is also very nice and informative. Free shuttle bus to the city and airport. The prices are however super high compared to other hostels that also offer breakfast. The restaurant is also way more expensive than what you would pay in the city.

Amazing hostel! Loved it there. Everybody was nice and friendly, and the owner is a very cool guy. The restaurant is also very nice, try the burger is great! My travel companion and I came back after 1 week, because we just fell in love with the place. The pictures are from the restaurant at sunset.

Pros:
Owner and staff are friendly and helpful. Clean and comfy room. They have a lot of toilets, including hot shower, toilet, and normal shower (yes its separated) also, the water pressure is good enough. We checked in around 8 / 9 PM, they tried to call and email me but i didnt answer, but they still hold my room which is really good.
Contras:
the "pizza" at the restaurant is tasteless. food abit pricey. poor wifi signal on the room.response / report this review -

Great hostel with the best view of the sunset in Town! You can get a room with ac, or you can get a bed on the top floor that's open air. de careful if you're a light sleeper, the mosque nearby plays music at 4am every day. Reasonably priced beer but the food is a little expensive.

The best hotel in Bajo with THE BEST SUNSET VIEW! I've been there for so many times and still enjoy it! Hostel's staffs are also super friendly! They also got free shuttle to the town almost every hour and they will pick you up from the airport to the hotel. LOVE THIS HOSTEL SO MUCH!!! ❤️

Great hostel and affordable price.
The view from this hostel is very amazing with sea view on the front of hostel. Hotels facilities are good too, it provide towels, the toilets and bathroom super clean and there's also hot shower to relief stress.
It also provide movie night at certain times and shuttle every 1 hours. The shuttle pick up/dropp off in airport and certain pick up/drop off point.
The minus point is the limited shuttle. There's only one in this hostels and it operate in every hour, so in peak season time maybe you need to wait longer for the line up to get the shuttle.response / report this review -

Nice hostel, clean, calm. Lots of activities are organized by the hostel like movie night or sunset yoga. We booked day trips to Komodo-Padar and Rinca-Kelor-Kanawa at the agency in the hostel. The restaurant is ok, although a bit expensive. Free shuttle to the airport.

Very nice and clean hostel with Harbour view. We slept in an open 12 bed room, also with harbour view. From the restaurant and the rooftop bar you can watch the sunset. Food there was okay, much different stuff but in my opinion a little too expensive. Toilets and showers were very clean!
