The place is cozy, like other cgv they provide many chairs outside to wait. And the access just 1 floor above motor parking area, so it's so helpful. And the price also cheap compare to other cgv. And sometimes the staff didn't check whether you bring food from the outside or not haha

Waktu itu pertama kali kesini, udah mepet banget sama jam tayang film yg diincar Eh Ticket boothnya ternyata ga ada orang sama sekali Kita kebingungan mau beli tiket dimana Ternyata tiketnya dijual di tempat penjualan makanan dan minuman Akhirnya harus nonton yg jam selanjutnya dan nunggunya lumayan lama Salah kita sih, nggak mau langsung tanya. Tapi akan lebih bagus lagi kalo dikasi tanda pembelian tiketnya dimana Jadi penonton yg baru pertama dateng juga ga bingung

Just take Tol Gate Kopo and turn right. About 5 minutes you will arrive at Miko Mall on the left. CGV is on the 3rd floor of the Miko Mall. Choose the movie you like and enjoy it with affordable ticket Rp. 25.000 to 35.000.

Modern toilet.i review this at dec 1,2017.not very cheap at all.lot of employee to serve.still not very educate audiences.they talking alot and kicking your back seat while movie is playing.very annoying.

If you are looking for a cheap movie experience, this is the place. But sometimes waiting is not a nice thing here. If it's crowded, you have to wait while standing. Or, you can find an empty floor to sit on, if you don't mind with your own clothes' cleanliness. So, it's better to order online and print tickets close to movie show time.

The main atrium isn't cozy. its like in a outdoor there's no air conditioner. And when the credits of the movie is showed up the cgv boys waiting us to go out forces. But the pros is we can pick our food from outside.

I always like CGV because their sitting arrangement is better than the other one. For CGV here, i like it because it's not as crowded and yeah for that small price I think the service is enough. One thing tho, when I asked for the toilet, they say for woman toilet I need to go to another flooraw man, that is just worst.

Cozy and nice for people who doesn't really care about service. They focus on self service so it will feel a little bit weird if you're usually come to other cinemas. Food and beverage quite pricey as usual, toilets were clean and okay. They have a cozy waiting spot too.

The service is worst!

Actually, one choice of Cinema if you are from South Bandung. The facility of auditorium is good. The interior design is unique with industrial concept. Very crowded in weekend, so prefer you book the ticket online.

But the service at counter is worst. Especially at food service. They always ask us to buy food and pick up later. Or ask as to be member and buy the ticket or food online so you can save your time and get the faster service.

In reality, they abandon people who have waited and queue for a long time to pick up their food. Imagine I have to wait 15 minutes just for my popcorn. The employees are so multitasking so they don't care if we have to wait for so long. Even my receipt is almost lost because they are forget. You have to design an employee to just serve this thing only.

I am really annoyed how they prioritize the one who buy the ticket and food on the spot instead of members who have paid the ticket or food online. Oh yeah, money first, service later. Good job, CGV!

The best cinema in the area and it's quite new. It had the best toilets (modern and dry) in the whole mall but somehow the crowd managed to ruin them in such a short time. I really think they should be fined for destroying public properties!! They only care about taking selfies in the toilet instead of using the toilet properly.
Apart from the toilet situation, it's a great cinema, cheap, modern and the food options are also good.
If you feel like driving for another hour, then go to Pvj.

Pretty okay with a certainly long list that could have been better. Bathrooms were definitely one of the important aspect that need attention. It located outside of it. A rather small cinema compared to other blitz, but it nice to have one for people livin' in Kopo area.
