We had a large group staying and management and staff were fantastic accommodating our needs for a 3 star facility I thought it was great value for money and had everything we needed

Really enjoyed our stay for the price5 nights cost $233!
We had a "Garden Facing" room on the second of two levels.
The hotel offers very nice complimentary breakfast.
The room was quaint with running hot water (don't drink-you get fresh bottled water daily), bath and shower, bed, TV, coffee pot and storage for our belongings.
Kusnadi Hotel is in the heart of Legian, Kuta, It's where you'll find lots of shopping, restaurants and, lots of Australian tourists; The latter can either be good or bad depending on what you are looking for.
Beaches are a 10 minute walk both north and south.
If you want to get out town and willing to brave the crazy traffic on a scooter, just next door west, you can rent scooter safely for $5/ day at GEDE Rental Motor Bike (harley-davidson logo).
Staff and in general, the Indonesian people, are very friendly.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 are these:
1. WIFI in our room was really bad. We were in room 219 so I can't speak for other rooms. The wifi at pool and bar were fine.
2. Pricing for drinks at the hotel bar is misleading. Happy hour for spirits had a price next to it. We sat down and had a Vodka Soda and when the bill came , we were charged a pretty hefty price for the soda! Not "happy" at all. After that experience, we stayed away from the bar for our food and drinksdiscouraging. I really hope they change that bait and switch tactic.response / report this review -
