Really nice hotel with a great staff. The rooms are not very original, but have everything you need. The only downside, is that the hotel is located where there is no beach, but you can rent sunbeds on the beach, close to the hotel

Nice place comfort and wide green garden. Super friendly staffs, very good foods and drinks served at the restaurant. The beach just front of the resort. atm, dive shop and tourist information just behinds and this place is Close to the port, about 15 minutes walk.

The best in this place is the staff. This guys are friendly and helpful. The location is good. The room had AC, fridge, safe box and bathroom with shower. I have got a good set of TV Channels available in the rooms TV. The pool in nice and it is 24h available. I had an English Breakfast with coffee, it was good enough. The restaurant is by the sea and it has awesome view. Also has Spa and ATM on the premises.
The drawback to me was the shower, I had to wait long time to have hot water.response / report this review -

I was fairly disappointed in this resort. The accommodation itself was quite nice and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately their breakfast was the smallest portion I’ve received in Bali and Lombok. Also the only place fresh fruit was not served with breakfast nor juice. The gym was closed due to construction and the pool bar was hardly open. They also charge to refill your water bottle which I’d have thought would be included for the price you pay. All in all my stay here was okay.

Nice place but to be honest you can get the same thing for half the price within a 5 mins walk. Air-conditioning works extremely minimally but that’s kind of true all of Gili Air.

On my room with "garden view", the view was actually on a wall.
It is impossible to stabilize the temperature of the shower : it gets from super hot to freezing.
Breakfast was quite disappointing.
I'm giving 3 stars only because all the people working here are doing their best.

Review of Restaurant only.
Music was incredible! Live music played covers of all of our favorite songs. We ordered a bottle of wine, calamari, and some sushi. The calamari was decent, and the sushi was not good. Wished we had ordered something else. But the wine was delicious, the staff was very attentive, and the entertainment was perfect! Good band and pleasant waiting on staff. But the portions were too small for us, even the adult fish and chips didn't fill our 7 or 10 year olds! Food tasted good and was cooked well otherwise.

Nice pool and restaurant, air conditioned rooms, bathroom open to outside, and an on site spa! There's a small fridge in the room that is stocked with drinks and snacks and I was able to make a little space to keep my own water bottles cold. The staff is pretty nice too :)

This is one beautiful hotel and once again the staff are brilliant I'm thinking it's something to do with Indonesian just being very welcoming and warm. The only bad side on the hotel is the wifi actually I'm shocked at how bad it is but on a whole excellent hotel and restaurant.

Did not have the best stay at Bel Air.
Receptionist was really rude. Other staff was alright.
A/C was dripping which resulted in all our stuff in the safe being really wet. We told the staff and they said they would fix it. 3 days later still no fix.
Breakfast was Well it was okay since it was included in what we paid.
Would never recommend Bel Air to others and will not be staying there again.
Only reason for the 2 Stars is the location which fitted us perfectly.response / report this review -

Had an amazing time at Bel Air. Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is superb because it's right across from the beach, so you can watch the sunrise or lounge by the beach. Also a good spot for snorkeling. It's a 15 min walk from the port, so it's close by to most restaurants.
