Fast & responsive, it's divided in two piece. If you wish to meet the costumer service them you'll got led to another part of the bank, if you wish to deposit your money to your account then you'll got led to the other part

Well organized bank. It's clean and cozy. Super excellent chronological services and the waiting time here is literally less. Service dispensation is equally effective. The staff here were very helpful and polite. I loved the attention I received.
Even the security guy at the entrance welcomes you with a very nice smile as he directs you to whichever section you want. They also offer weekend banking on Saturdays. Visit here sometime for your transactions.

Bad service , wasting two hours only for remittance and be prepare to queue separately to deposit your fund and another queue for remittance.

The stuff at counter especially remittance counter even more ridiculous, first asking for NPWP which was never ask at the other BCA branch , and moments later said she had to change my account profiles that we as customer never heard of , what the heck !

Really dissapointed experience, avoid this BCA branch at all cost.

Strength:
Open each weekend from 08:00 to 15:00.
Good service and comfortable lobby.

Weakness:
In my case, I waited too long to have the chief signature. I got info that he was not around. It made me wait for more than 1 hour.
