Great sub. Best over all eating arcade. Plus beautiful outside trees. Clean seating type. Water flowing type etc. All in all beautiful best i was so happy the first and only time i visited and i remain very impressed and smile

When I arrived the line was 20 people long. After 50 minutes had passed, the line was still 10 people long. Taking 5 minutes to serve one customer is not okay. Slowest "Fast Food" experience of my life. And they had 10 people working behind the counter They need to be trained to work faster. In the end I gave up and got Wing Stop instead. Don't waste your time.

Buying this cause craving this food for so long. The taste just like a reguler sandwich. Variety of sauce. Nice taste for the cookies, i like the texture of it. Friendly store staff.

I had an amazing experience here at the Setiabudi One outlet. Though there was a long queue and a long wait time, the people managed it well. They were patient in explaining the system, giving out numbers and explaining everything else that was required.

Being a vegetarian I was skeptical about the hygiene, but Mel my sandwich expert was so kind considerate. When I told her I was a vegetarian she said I’ll handle your order. She washed her hands, changed her gloves and even told her peers that they can manage the other customers.
Absolutely in awe with so much care taken towards my needs.

Subway is always tasty but the staff are soooo slow. We arrived at 9:50am, left at 10:35, and within that time I think we only saw about 5 transactions made at the cashier. Even though the queue is long. Why is it so slow? Subway is supposed to be fast food!!

Subway in other countries is so fast and easy. Also the options at this subway is limited compared to other countries. There’s no veggie patty option, less toppings to choose from.

Overall the taste is fine, it’s like usual subway. Just the time it takes is really annoying. Don’t know why it’s so slow.
