The service is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful, not only the office staff but also the security team. Parking area is also spacious. No need to wait for so long for queue - quick service as well. Drinking water is also available for customers. Good job BCA. The ATMs are available in the basement.

One of the best BCA Branch Office in Malang. The place is clean, neat and organized well. Usually you don't have to wait too long to get the service. Parking lot is quite huge, so you have no worry about getting parking here. And it has atm with cdm machine which is ready and guarded by security 24/7.
