I had to pause my wedding destination search in Bali due to ever-changing coronavirus regulations, but throughout the correspondences we had, Komang from Happy Bali Wedding was really responsive, helpful and understanding. While it was unfortunate that we had to cancel our wedding in Bali due to the Covid-19 outbreak, it was a great pleasure and an unforgettable experience for us to have come in contact with Happy Bali Wedding. We mainly communicated through emails, and during the whole planning stage, Happy Bali Wedding gave us a lot of useful information in a precise, concise, prompt and patient manner. This proved that they knew our needs very well. What's impressive was that when we had no choice but to cancel the wedding during to the virus pandemic, they offered a full refund to us (in a swift manner), despite the fact that on the contract it is stated all paid deposit is not refundable. This considerate act is a good proof that Happy Bali Wedding really put their clients at the first place and could put themselves in their clients' shoes (especially under such difficult economic situation). I believe this is the right way to do business no matter what industry it is. Considering their honesty, integrity as well as competency, I would strongly recommend Happy Bali Wedding if you or your friends plan to have wedding in Bali, Indonesia.

They did a phenomenal job! We just switched from wedding planner last minute as the previous one wasn’t forthcoming. But this guys did an amazing last minute job. It looked fantastic and the communication went really well, couldn’t tell in the slightest that it was so last minute. They literally saved our day! I would recommend everyone working together with this guys.
