Great villa accomodation in Nusa Lembongan. I am impress with the service. Staff are very attentive. Love the pool facility, outdoor shower in the villa. Breakfast and dinner are very good. The resort is very closed to Mushroom bay just a 10 min drive. For spa service, I dont impress with the massage quality. For snorkeling tour, do more reserch to get cheaper price than what hotel offers.

Went here for dinner. Service was very pleasant and the food was good too, maybe a bit too tailored to western tastes. Still a nice place to sit at the shore and enjoy a meal.

The pool was very nice! The hotel had a lovely ocean view especially from the restaurant and pool. It was a bit pricey though and the staff could be more friendly.

The property is superbly maintained and the villas are great. Food and pools both are superb. The staff very kind and cooperative. The beach attached to this property is not clean, as the name says it's a Bay shore hence it has lots of boats parked there making it non swim able. Prefer ocean view villa while booking.

Near new resort. 2 great pools. Great outdoor resteraunt overlooking beach. Huts and grounds are the best l have stayed in. 100% recommended.

We stayed there over a month ago and I'm still waiting on a refund and reply to my numerous emails regarding an overcharge of approx $200. I have supplied more than enough evidence to show the over charge including ALL of our receipts from the resort and our bookings plus screen shots from my bank account. I think this place scams people because I overheard an argument between some guests and the manager while I was there at reception - at the time I didn't think anything of it but now I realise that they are conning people.

Great value for money, friendly staff and even though the restaurant looks old/slightly dated the food is quite good (though please get fresh orange juice Bay Shore!) like the satay and breakfast. Rooms are comfy and the outside bathrooms are pleasant. If you're on the island to spend the day snorkelling and on boats then stay here for excellent value (and have dinner at Hai close by). If you want more of a destination on a proper beach then spend more and stay at Hai or Batu Karang.

Very very good value :) good staff, nice clean huts with nice and tidy bathroom! The food is good, but half way between fancy western and traditional local. I just wish they picked one (hopefully local). There's something for every taste but. The staff is friendly and helpful, but may need a little nudge to give you attention when you're lazing by the pool and could do with another drink. Good location, close to good eating and massage places, and most areas of interest are within walking distance. If not, the staff is happy to organise transport, many times for free or very reasonable price in a tour package. And they also offer to rent you scooters, also for a reasonable price. Would def stay here again and can recommend!

Great place! 2 nice pools with 1 infinity pool! Had the best pizza here at the restaurant for lunch.. Owner can be over enthusiastic but beter this way than unpolied staff!

Great place to stay. Lovely views and the huts are surrounded by colourful trees and foliage. However, it may be slightly overpriced compared to similar accommodation close by.

This place is amazing. If you want an authentic, relaxed and super friendly place to stay then I would refinery stay here. Off the beaten path but easy to get to the huts are a must

С водой проблемы. Но это остров. В целом остров и отель понравился. За пару дней мелкие неудобства не успевают надоесть. Но больше - очень осторожно.

Hotel war überbucht, obwohl wir dreimal telefoniert hatten. Mussten nebenan bei Verwandtschaft vom Besitzer untergebracht werden. Nach 2 Stunden Wartezeit hatte uns das schlechteste Zimmer erwartet, dass ich jeh hatte. Sofort am nächsten Morgen storniert! Trafen andere Gäste mit gleichem Problem - scheint System dahinter zu stechen Hat 11 Hütten, davon 4 in erster Reihe und verkauft die drei dahinter auch als Ozeanview. Bietet im Netz aber viel mehr an. Skandal, dass obwohl ausgebucht Online immer noch eine angeboten wird!!!
