  Big spacious rooms. hotel is just across Horizon Ferry's check-in area. there's free shuttle service to BCS mall & Nagoya Hill mall which is a big plus to avoid costly taxi fees.

  Batam Harbour Boutique Hotel has a strategic location, in front of the ferry terminal gate in Harbour Bay. Many nightlife entertainment nearby. Their staff are very good and friendly. There is a massage and spa here. Rooms are big and clean, bigger than other. Breakfast is great and delicious. This place is my favorite hotel in Batam.

  Booking was made easy, breakfast is great with enough variety. There is also free shuttle service for malls around the area. Bad thing is that some rooms have minor defects such as broken toilet door handle, wrong installation of door, air con doesn't work well, other than that, it is great

  Rooms are very big. Service was excellent, they provided transport to various attractions at low prices. Breakfast selection was decent. Overall good value for money.

  Staffs are friendly and helpful, however breakfast are not fantastic as choices of foods are limited and is not even warm. Air con in restaurant is not even cool, not to mention cold.
