One of public transport to Airport or Bandung city. Available bus per hour, you can reserve by phone thru their call centre or just buy ticket on the spot but maybe on weekend/public holiday it's hard to get the seat without reservation (at least one day before). This one is cheaper than the other provider. They also have a courier service, sending goods to Bandung. Cheaper and faster.

The shuttles is never on time and at worst they'll be over 1 hour late.

Staff said driver was resting while customers has been waiting for over an hour.

Don't even try to sign up for membership as I've been trying to for the past year since the form for signing up is 'never delivered here'.

Not good. It's cheap but expect the customer service to be the same.

POSITIVE
- It's the cheapest travel I've ever found for traveling Bandung - BSD
- It's rarely full if being compared with another travel agent.

NEGATIVE
- Whenever I use this travel, it's always late (around 60-120 minutes late).
- If we are late to check in, the customer service or call center call us and I think the way they speak was impolite. They treat me like that twice. (Example: I was being told to be on the travel pool in 5 minutes because she said that the car will go really soon and if I can't do that, the car will leave me. But when I arrived in more than 5 minutes, the car didn't leave yet and I have to wait for another 30-60 minutes before the car start the trip. The customer service or call center lied to me.). I admit that I'm the one who did the wrong thing too for being late. But I'm a little bit upset when they force the passanger not to be late but they are almost always late too.
- The type of car often suddenly change without informs the passanger. For example from elf mini bus to bus and feel like more comfortable using elf mini bus. The passanger can freely choose when they arrive and get in to the bus, so we have to try to get in to the bus as soon as the bus available so we can have our most comfort seat.
- Fyi, I've a trip on September 15th 2017 from BSD to Bandung (Surapati) using bus. On rest area km 57, the driver checked the machine and it seems like there was a problem with bus's machine (I just predict the problem was with bus's machine, but I think that's true). There was a smelly smoke out of machine and it filled the bus. And then we continue our trip but in the middle of toll road which is quite ascend, the bus was stop, couldn't continue the trip, and filled with smelly smoke inside the bus; so we had to transfer to another transportation. I think it's very dangerous to be like that. Are they don't check the cars condition before the cars being used for the trip?

I am sorry for posting the long review. But I mean, I just wanna give a constructive critics so Baraya Travel can increase their service. Thank you 🙂

Always late. The delay can be terrible; more than an hour or so. However sometimes they leave you for arriving 5 minutes late. The shuttles aren't nicely maintained, smelly and broken ACs. The waiting room isn't too comfy and hot. Staff don't seem to care much. Probably will only return when there's really no other choice.

If you want go to Bandung, you can use this travel. For the schedule, still on time, even there are not many people use this travel. The car quite clean.
