Service is excellent. Time taken to do all the registration and paperwork till done only need less than 45 minutes. Need to work on the non smoking rules around the area. And direction sign need to added to avoid confusion.

A place to extend you driving license period. But, this place is often crowded. My advice, befriended the staff. They will help you in private, no need to stand in queue line.

Kurang tersedia penanda lokasi, sehingga agak sulit ditemukan. Kurangnya personil di meja informasi dan disatukan dengan personil yang membagikan lembar formulir. Papan informasi tidak strategis. Pengaturan bayar parkir yang 2x, di lokasi parkir dan gerbang keluar (apakah ini disengaja atau tidak?).
