  I rent a car (without drivers) for 9 days on early 2021, the rent rate is cheaper than market price, the staff is fast response and car works perfectly. I definitely recommend to rent car in this place.

  I found this company via trip adviser and got the car.It was excellent ,very good in condition and most important it was very good for family ride.According to email conversation & photos of the car, I got the same car with reasonable price and discount also. Self driving in Bali i would recommend for those who wants to move with family. Its safe and I didn’t face any difficulties.All roads had banners with road directionsonly thing i would suggest that everyone should use google map .In this aspect my elder daughter helped me a lot.My family members were very happy which made me happy

  Good car, BUT big no for service. Setiap bulan ke Bali sewa mobil & baru kali ini dikenain denda. Mobil datang dalam keadaan kotor, jadi kami tidak melihat detail ada lecet, dll karena tertutup noda. Semalam sebelum di kembalikan, hujan lebat jadi kotor tsb sedikit banyak hilang. Begitu di kembalikan kami malah dikenakan denda 350rb karena ada lecet yg nampak, padahal selama di Bali kami tidak pernah nabrak atau nyerempet apapun. Bukan masalah uang nya, karena kalo memang salah kami pasti bayar berapapun. Tapi kalo tidak salah dan dikenakan denda ya sangat mengecewakan. So buat yg mau sewa, ada baiknya perhatikan detail mobil yg disewa. Karena mereka ga mau tau kita salah atau tidak. Cukup sekali sewa disini 👎🏻

  3x rental selfdrive disini setiap ke bali. Pelayanan oke, proses booking cepat dan mudah, kondisi mobil baik. Overall puas.

  1. Waktu Sampai mobil belum sampai jadi kami harus menunggu sampai kurang lebih 45 menit.
  2. Waktu mobil di terima ada tambahan charge 50 ribu lagi dari harga mobil. Padahal di dalam kontrak untuk pengantaran jam 11 siang di area bandara tidak dikenakan biaya pengantaran. Waktu di tanya ke supirnya menurut dia itu untuk bensin.. tetapi waktu mobil jalan sampai keluar bandara indikator bensin sudah menyala tanda bensin sudah kosong dan belum diisi sama sekali
  3. Waktu meminta extra hours untuk mobil, saya di tawarkan untuk menukar mobil, dengan harga 1 hari sewa dimana saya hanya memakai mulai dari pukul 12 siang - 9 malam. akhirnya di belikan disc setelah saya meminta negosiasi. waktu mobil di tukar, mobil dalam keadaan bensin full. dan mobil baru datang dalam keadaan bensin kosong (again). saat mobil di jemput saya mengembalikan konsidi bensin sma seperti waktu mobil diantar, namun supir bersi keras untuk meminta uang 50 ribu lagi untuk mengisi bensin.
