LITERALLY BOOK ANY WHERE ELSE!
The worst part of traveling is tourist scams who take advantage of people who want to visit their city.
First, the office physically does not exist. The address is not correct and many workers near the station says it has moved. I arrived at 8pm on Monday and waited 3 hours before "koko" showed up. We sent several messages starting at 8am and throughout the day but received no response. When we arrived, we called repeatedly over 10 times and they would pick up the phone then hang up. Wasting expensive pulsa credit. Luckily, we found another place to rent a motorcycle, which coincidentally was the same time "koko" decided to finally show up. "Koko" finally showed up 3 hours AFTER our train arrived. Then he had the audacity to get in our face with 3 other friends saying that not to write a bad review online and do not make a bad reputation for tourism in Banyuwangi. I wouldn't need to write a bad review if you didn't cheat people for money to buy an expensive gold necklace or fund your rich lifestyle. We already transferred 150k for 2 day rental, so we agreed to meet with him tomorrow to pick up the rental. Met him on Tuesday and was done with it on Thursday morning. So, we only used it for 2 days We texted him to be at the train station at 7am Of course he DID NOT TEXT BACK until 8:35am And someone DID NOT SHOW UP with our 200k rp. deposit until 9:10. (my train leaves at 9:15) The girl who showed up said we still needed to pay 75k for Monday because we were not patient and we booked for Monday EVEN THOUGH we waited 3 hours and we DID NOT USE the motorcycle on Monday. I am so upset someone like this gives such terrible service and cheats other Indonesian tourist for money.
Below is my original review which finally got "koko" attention to finally text me back.
"hello, someone was suppose to come pick me up at 7am. It is now 8:37.nobody is answering my messages! Very unprofessional to be late and not reply in a timely manner."response / report this review -

Kalau ada bintang dibawah 1 mungkin saya pilih itu

DON'T GO THERE !!! They seems to be very friendly, they give you a good price to rent a motorcycle. In exchange they keep your ID card or passeport. And when you came back they told you the motorcycle is damaged so you have to pay for it.
