The main branch bank In Waingapu. The service is good and fast. Staff are friendly and helpful. Need to pay attention that every month, date 1-10 is the busiest transaction and sometimes it takes 1 or 2 hours or more to wait for the transaction. It happens because lot of seniors take their salary, parents send money to their undergraduate children or other office transaction. Tips: need to come early in the morning to be served first or come after date 10 of the month.
