  sorry tmn², I need the info. I have not worked for almost 4 years. and I have a plan to check my balance and pick it up at bpjsk but I see the comments, why is it so difficult and complicated. who knows the exact conditions, please provide information. so that when I go there I don't come back again, because the distance between BPJS and my house is 10 km, so if I have to go back and forth far and bring my children too. thnx for helping

  Agak bingung sih, kalau udh antri online misal jam 9-10 kirain antrinya udah dihitung waktunya misal jam sgitu cm brapa orng kira2 orng 10 menghabiskan wktu 1 jam misalnya . Tp trnyata enggk, sampe sana tetep antri jam 8 smpe 11 😭

  Pelayanan sangat baik,tapi sayang loket pelayanan yg kurang banyak terlalu numpuk antrian yg sangat banyak,satpam kurang tanggap dengan keluhan customer, point paling penting yg paling betah di bpjs adalah ada pelayanan yang menyediakan air putih,segelas teh dan segelas kopi panas bisa buat sendiri👍👍👌

  Buat yang mau urus klaim jht.mending dateng pagi bgt..jam 6..ato jam 12 siang..karena jam siang udah pada habis antrianya..jgan kyk saya ..jam 8-2 siang..hihi

  Pelayanannya sangat baik, ramah dan menyenangkan. Ruangan tunggunya bersih dan sejuk, namun kurang luas.
  Restroomnya bersih harum dan terang. Parkirnya cukup luas tapi tidak teduh.

  The place is nice, there is plenty of chair, full ac, rest room, a big parking for car and motorcycles,
  The service is good there is a ticketing service, there is a tv, self service if you want a coffee or tea, and the rest room is clean

  antriannya memang ramai. tapi BPJS pandai menghargai antrian dengan menyediakan coffe break. air mineral, kopi dan teh. dwngan nyedeh sendiri
