There is one CS and in 1 day it can only serve 3 people. if possible, ask for a cell phone plus CS so that the service can be maximized.

Not regional branches or central branches at the provincial level, slow beudddd disappointed to complicate the claim process I only ask for my rights to work which is deducted per month especially online queuing for 2 weeks, confirm the data if there are data that are not queued up again 2 week if it passes the data verification the disbursement is too long hoaaammm Eid new horse liquid the period of the public service office like this woiii

Apakah di kcp majalengka saja yang ga bisa melayani, mau ke CS aja susah ga di kasih masuk, ga dapat solusi perihal masalah yang di hadapi mengenai pencairan JHT. Suruh tlpn call center, ga pernah bisa tersambung sekalipun, selalu sibuk, apa pekerjanya terbatas atau memang tidak melayani?menghabiskan pulsa ratusan ribu hanya untuk mendengarkan operator mesin menjawab petugas sedang sibuk.Pokoknya bpjs ketenagakerjaan payah, prosesnya online tp rumit, ga ada solusi..semoga bisa di tanggapi

Ini Cabang enak banget ya. Uda bikin jadwal janji. Pas hari H malah d lempar ke cabang lain. Alasannya gak nerima priaea online. Padahal pas pertama d saranin online biar cepet. KAMVRET GAK GUNA ADA CABANG DI MAJALENGKA. Karyawan gak bertanggung jawab. Gak ada Follow Up, gak ada konfirmasi. Karyawan kerja apa. Cuman nongkrong ajj. TUTUP AJJ NI CABANG GAK ADA KONTRIBISI GAK MELAYANI GAK GUNAAAAAA.

Bpjs ketenagakerjaan Kab Majalengka terletak di jatiwangi square, tempatnya cukup strategis karena di pusat jatiwangi juga berdekatan dengan bank mandiri, saya kesini untuk klaim jamsostek , untuk klaim harus melalui internet online dan bukti balasan email dari bpjs harus dicetak saat klaim ke kantor, pelayanannya cepat saya cair dalam waktu 2 minggu setelah klaim online
