The location of the hotel is not too far from the airport. the service of its employees is friendly. food is pretty good, conference rooms are spacious enough, rooms are quite spacious

One of the best hotel in Semarang (if not the best). I had a good stay. It's located in a (now) one way street, so it's only accessible from Simpang Lima.

2x acara kepolisian di sini, selalu suka sama makanannya. Baik makanan berat maupun dessert. Red velvet sama cake coklatnya enak banget 😭 daging lada hitam nya lembut, kenyel. Best lah!! Tempat strategis gampang ditemukan. Interior bagus. Ada live music jika beruntung 😝

what can i say.. it is really a superb hotel.. very good location, you can go to various tourism objects at Kota Lama Semarang.. quite well equipped and the modern concept, it is very good.. the room is comfortanle, of course.. great lounge area, and the staff is very nice too..

For a business visit in Semarang, I often stay at this hotel because overall the hotel is good with satisfying service. The rooms and servant are quite spacious and pleasant, the breakfast menu with a combination of international and local cuisine with so many choices, sitting for coffee in the lobby with accompaniment of piano and saxophone live music, all are very pleasant. One thing that needs to be improved is the internet in the lobby that still use a voucher and valid for just a few hours.

Good at all, especially for the many choices of breakfast and it all was very delicious. Clean room and all facilities, but the swimming pool just standard maybe because it's not a brand new hotel. Overall satisfied and would come back again

It is one of the famous and five star hotels in Semarang, but it is quite poor as a five star hotel. The room is bog and nice, and the breakfast is splendid, with many options of food and drinks ink selection. However, that's the only positive remark i can give.
The bed is too soft, as if it has been used for years. Not to mention the pillows that are so soft that they are so flat. I asked for another hard pillows, but they are still the same, flat! Then, the room is dusty. I can see dust on tables and the bed sheets and pillow covers smell bed as if it had not been washed.
The last thing that disappointed me was the non smoking area in the reception in front of restaurant was filled by one smoking person but none of the staff stopped the man from smoking. In fact there is a sign for a smokinh area on the right side of the reception (outdoor). Surely, this hotel needs maintenance and renovation. The rugs, carpets, bed sheets, towels, chairs in restaurant need to be changed, and thus it can have the five stars category.

First time to visit here. Already make a good first impression for me. I just put this review after I landed and arrived tonight at this hotel. Staff are so welcome and friendly. Hotel is very clean. Hotel room is very modern and good design. Hopefully for tommorow breakfast I expect the best experience also. Best luck for you.

Spacious room, spacious bed (200 * 200mattress) it fit my husband, me and my 2 toddlers, room rate is best deal for what you get, great choices of breakfast buffet, the pool is standard

Spacious room, very clean bathroom with shower & bath tube, hot water works perfectly fine.
Location-wise it is very strategic, surrounded by banks, ATMs, drug store, convenient stores, and also a lot of hawker places.

Everything is nice but breakfast has no bacon for continental breakfast, so much for being international but not global. Swimming pool is small for the size of the hotel. The gym has sauna and new equipments.

The place is nice, neat and comfortable. The room, lounge, restaurant, and other facilities are in very good condition. The airport pickup is perfect. Just a little minor on some interior decorative panels at the corridor in our room floor which look broken. But the service is very good. A nearly perfect place to stay.

Local people said this is the best hotel in Semarang, probably because it's five star hotel. The room was great (big, clean, and comfortable). They served International breakfast from cereal, egg station, bread, porridge, soto, etc.

One of the best hotel in semarang, with great facilities. The breakfast selection is quite OK, nothing really special though, except the desserts (reccomended) small swimming pool, but great GYM. There is also a small foodcourt just across the hotel which sells local signature dishes (try the ice durian and ribs).
