  They made us pay up front. We specifically asked if it was good for turtles, they said yes because we would be going early. Told us to meet at 9am. We waited from 8:55 - 9:50 then they told us our snorkelling trip was being delayed until 11am. Then when we got into the water they said there weren't many turtles in the water at this time and we should have gone earlier. Then they didn't provide us the water we paid for included in the price
