Made a last minute booking for my birthday, the decor was stunning, the food was amazing and the service was was amongst the best I’ve had at any restaurant. My partner made a passing comment that I was celebrating my birthday to our server and towards the end of our meal they brought out an impressive flaming desert and sang happy birthday to me - made my day

Fantastic experience here, really good food with enough privacy among the tables. Thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience here.

Always good, always over the top (which we really like), consistent quality food, great cocktails and well trained staff. We came twice in a span of 4 years and we love the consistency and the changes in menu

Beautiful setting, excellent service, food was good, 2 bad points the prawn bisque was lukewarm and I expected the fillet to be of better quality at that price but was cooked to perfection, nice wine list. I can’t say any about the dessert I had no room left, but they looked excellent, maybe next time. 4.5 stars

We enjoyed cocktails and delicious seafood snacks here watching the sun set over the beach. There’s a lot of bling in this venue but it’s a good fun vibe with 1980s and 1990d video clips playing - almost made me want to get up and dance. The view over the beach and surrounds is spectacular. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for quality dining, this place is highly recommended. We stumbled on this gem just by chance and rated it as the best dining experience we've had in Bali. Food and service is very high standard, even when considering the price. Live music and the decor really set the restaurant apart.

Delightful establishment that transports you back to the 20's with a cabaret singer and saxophonist. The food was as great and prices comparable to similar establishment's. Great night

This place is like an old mans den, low light, leather couches, new retro styling, loved it. The food was high end Steaks that are cooked to perfection. Price wise its on the high end but well worth a night out here.

Atmosfhere is good, foods beautiful but 1 thing that i really disapointed is maybe waiter should respect about lady's first.. i come with my husband for dinner he's australian and everytime they always asking what u order or serving anything always my husband first i think its not polite, i come to many restaurants in europe or australia they will respect me as a woman. Or maybe cause im indonesian thats why?? It will be nice if u respect woman, who ever or where ever she come from thank u

It's a beautiful place with the 40's set up. We had a sofa right in front of the giant window facing the beach. Sadly we can not view the sunset as it was blocked by a building. Nevertheless, the place was so beautiful, cozy, perfect for couple. We were there Saturday night, and they have live music. Guy playing a saxophone and a lady singer with such a beautiful jazzy tone. They played 40's song. The staff are very friendly and they knew how to explain the menu. We ordered tiger prawn, the salmon, mashed broccoli and mashed potatoes for the sides. It was excellent. Highly recommended.

Simply going to say what's with the music!! Please stick with what you do best Chef and leave the ambiance of a music playlist to someone who's not playing the sound tracks of his youth and bloody loudly at that!! Completely ruined our $200 night out if you're after a seventies theamed night go to Kuta with the Bintang brigade and save your money.. ps food is just okay. More like 2.5 star

Absolutely wonderful food, drinks, and service. My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting here the evening we checked in to Double-Six hotel.
There is a very relaxed vibe about The Plantation but make no mistake this is a very slick operation. From being warmly greeted and shown through the menu everyone that works there is attentive without being overbearing. The sommelier is just fantastic and knowledgable, offering great wine pairing tips.
The food is, without question, exceptional. Maybe it is just coincidence that everything on the menu appealed to me but it would certainly cater for people of all tastes and preferences. I would highly recommend the fish stew and lamb chops with heavenly potato mash (more purée than mash).
Whilst we are spoilt for choice with gastronomy in Bali I would definitely encourage you to take a trip to this fine Robert Marchetti establishment. We will be visiting again before our trip is over for sure!

Place was amazing ..beautiful decor!. .My meal was very poor..duck..I have never eaten duck like that anywhere! Next day I had Bali belly and was told they import the duck from Australia! ..Jazz Singer was cancelled.. French fries were like from Mcdonalds.. Overpriced and overrated. One star for the actual venue..that was gorgeous..
