Okay place. We stayed 3 nights. The staff were 5 stars so friendly and helpful. We had a few things we didn't like. There was basically no wifi at all it was so slow. The sheets they put on my bed left a large portion of it exposed. The furnishing and feeling of the building is really old. The bathroom had some mould and was not at all inviting.

Excellent room, in really good condition and clean. Very friendly people, even had some bus tickets we could loan. Pretty nice breakfast and a wonderful view from the top floor balcony. Would consider coming back to this hotel when we visit this city again.

Horrible place. Old, smelly, would say even disgusting. The only good thing was the safe parking.

Nice little hotel. Easy travel to centrum by bus.( 6 min.) Very frendly staff. We liked😀

A fine choice at a bargain prize. The service was very good, the room was clean and offered all the aminities. I totally recommend the Villa Hotel Kristal, it worth more than you pay for :)

The location is alright but it's not really close to anything. The rooms are small and the shower in the bathroom is tiny. The service seems to be nice.
